I started Belong and Lead with a vision to make the workplace a platform for building purposeful lives.

In the process, we can fuel a more purposeful society.

By joining, you will receive a monthly recap of actionable insights on how leaders can enable culture change in their organizations to drive both business and societal outcomes.

This will be based on the intersection of three areas

1. Driving culture change for innovation, productivity, and social prosperity. I will be diving deeper on how we unlock that culture change by authentically embracing DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging).

2. Designing the future of work employee experience that ensures the right culture change in #1. I will break-down aspects of who, where, when, what, and how we work that needs to change.

3. Embracing AI not just for productivity, but for overall prosperity of business and employee well-being that accelerated both #1 and #2.
